1 Introduction & Definitions

1333bit (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. Website 1333bit.betBy accessing or creating an account on 1333bit, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

In these Terms, "user" or "member" refers to any individual who has registered on or is using 1333bit. "Services" includes Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, crash games, and all other gaming activities.

2 Account Registration & Use

To create a valid account on 1333bit, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time at 1333bit's discretion.

• Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, OTP) confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal access will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required for account verification.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active, as these are the primary channels for all communication.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on 1333bit. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Proof of age may be requested at any time for verification purposes.

If we determine that a user is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

• This platform is available to residents of Bangladesh and other approved regions only.
• Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to create an account.
• 1333bit employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

1333bit supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin). Deposits are typically processed instantly. Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to complete.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time. Please wait for your current request to be processed before submitting a new one.
• Payments may be placed on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

1333bit does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Network fees apply to crypto transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

1333bit regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. Maximum ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering amount must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Details are listed alongside each bonus.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 7 days of being awarded. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• 1333bit reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

Certain rules apply when placing bets on Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games at 1333bit. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits may vary by game and event.
• 1333bit reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, it will be removed and the odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.

7 Responsible Gaming

1333bit believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction or financial stress. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming and provide users with a range of protective tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Limit: Decide in advance how long you plan to play.
• Take a Break: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to permanently leave the platform, please contact our support team.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

1333bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity on the account.
• Attempting to exploit any technical flaw or glitch on the platform.

You will be notified of the reason before your account is closed wherever possible. If the closure is for a justified reason, any remaining balance will be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
